The Sad Goodbye

Sylvia Green, after nearly 9 years as CEO at RAD, has today left to embark on her next adventure. Sylvia handed in her notice at the start of the year and worked diligently over the next 3 months to make sure she handed over an organisation ready for her successor. The Chair Valerie Broom, and her predecessor Mike Crompton both spoke at Sylvia's Leaving Party wishing her well and thanking her for her many years hard work to ensure RAD continued to thrive in an increasingly competitive and challenging environment.

Sylvia herself has, (mostly!), enjoyed her tenure and she leaves to pursue other goals, personal and professional.

Her successor, Bev Parker, is ready to take up her new challenge of making sure RAD continues to be a flourishing and growing influence throughout rural Derbyshire.
