Is someone you know at risk of suicide?

RAD has delivered over 70 half day Suicide Awareness seminars to over 1500 people throughout Derbyshire since 2009.  In 2014 the (then) Deputy Prime Minister, Nick Clegg, called for a fundamental overhaul of how the NHS tackles suicides.  He said; "Suicide is one of the biggest killers of men under the age of 50 and if this was a physical health problem, there would be a national outcry."

Thursday 10th September is World Suicide Prevention Day.  Derbyshire County Council's website has a page on what help is available. Click here for more information.
