What you need to know.

All village hall charities should have governing documents that set out the village hall trusts, constitutional structure and tenure..

The session will include:

  • Know your governing documents (Conveyance, Trust Deed, Lease, Indenture, etc.)
  • What it means to be a corporate village hall charity and should we change?
  • Regularly review and update your charity's governing document
  • Understanding your powers to amend and the correct procedure to follow
  • A free copy of Information Sheet 40 - Village halls, governing documents and title deeds (usually £12)

Cost: £30 plus VAT, total due £36.00 per person.
