Now is the ideal time for managers to plan for when halls can begin to reopen. As the government restrictions gradually lift over the coming months, village halls will need to ‘knuckle down’ in order to see a return to pre-covid-19 booking levels.

Regaining community confidence in using the hall will be a key challenge for many. Now is a good time to identify what may be needed in the ‘new normal’ and help you to grasp any new opportunities that may arise.

This session will consider how digital marketing can help improve communications with your local community, identify its future needs and attract new customers.
