Have you been involved in some of the work RAD has been doing, either now or in the past?

Why not become a member?

There are two types of membership available, FREE individual or organisational membership and the Village Halls & Community Buildings membership scheme. Details below:

FREE RAD Membership

What are the benefits?

  • It's FREE to join. 
  • Be first to hear about campaigns, appeals, news and events.
  • Give us feedback on our services.
  • Help spread the word about the fantastic work we do.
  • Be a voice for rural Derbyshire and help us speak up for rural communities.
  • Vote at our AGM.
  • Stand for election as a Trustee/Director.

RAD members Rights and Responsibilities

  • RAD members have a right to;
  • attend, speak and vote at the RAD AGM
  • propose and second motions
  • appoint a proxy
  • stand for and propose members to the RAD Trustee Board

RAD members have a responsibility to;

  • attend the RAD AGM
  • respond to calls for feedback on RAD services and campaigns
  • abide by the RAD rules when attending RAD meetings

Village Halls & Community Buildings Membership Scheme

The membership scheme for Derbyshire Village Halls & Community Buildings will provide:

  • Access to updates, legislation changes, funding, training and more
  • Full access to regular ‘members only’ newsletters
  • Full access to ‘members only’ digital resources
  • Discounts on ACRE Information Sheets, Model Documents and more
  • Discounts on tickets for training and events
  • Discounted rates for 121 consultancy

If you join before 30 April 2022: £50 + VAT = £60 per year (excellent value at only £1.15 pw)

Joining after 30 April 2022: £75 + VAT = £90 per year (still excellent value at £1.73 pw)
