Accessing face to face support has been incredibly hard during lockdown

This has meant that many people have been seeking support online.  

The UK's major telecoms companies have now agreed that customers' mobile data will not be used if they are accessing these support websites.

To ensure vital support remains available, mobile phone operators EE, Vodafone, O2, Three, Sky Mobile, Virgin Media, Tesco Mobile and giffgaff have agreed their customers will not incur data charges when accessing support and information on the following websites:
