We have a fantastic team of staff at RAD.  

The majority of staff are part-time and work from the office in Matlock or with remote access to our IT network many also have the freedom to work from home or other locations.

We currently have one part-time, temporary vacancy.

Temporary Administrator – Derbyshire Rural Chaplaincy

Do you have a proven track record in providing administrative support?

The Derbyshire Rural Chaplaincy (DRC) needs a flexible individual to support our work in providing pastoral and practical support to the agricultural community in Derbyshire, providing 4 hours a week from early April until October 2020, with further hours being made available up to the end of December 2020, should funding be available.

An hourly rate will be paid plus agreed expenses.

If you are interested you will need to be able to demonstrate that you are self-employed for tax and national insurance purposes, and that you have suitable experience to carry out the role.

We have recently recruited 3 new trustees (February 2020). However, we are always interested to hear from people that may be interested in working with us in a Trustee capacity, or an a volunteer mentor or professional partner. We are currently looking for Volunteer Chaplains to enable the team to extend its reach. Volunteers at RAD have played an important role within the organisation, from helping with IT to supporting farmers, village halls and coordinating the oil buying scheme.
