Natalie O'Connell

On 10th July we said a sad farewell to Natalie who has left RAD and the Wheels to Work project after 5 years with us. She's made a huge contribution to Wheels to Work, helping to grow the project as well as bringing a breath of youthful and energetic air to those who may be a 'little' less youthful! She is taking advantage of her background in logistics to take up a position for an international logistics company and she will, I am sure, make a huge success out of it. She is also planning (and boy, planning is something Natalie excels at) her wedding in August 2019.

Good luck Natalie. Have fun and be a legend.

Claire Thornber

Claire has been with RAD for about 10 years in many, many different roles. Her most recent being The Money House project, a concept she researched and developed to offer young people (mostly leaving the care system or referred by social services) a financial education to allow them to thrive in independent living, rather than get caught up in a spiral of debt.

She is about to embark on a long held dream of travelling in South America and we want to wish her much happiness and excitement on her travels. I'm sure we will see more of Claire in the voluntary sector around Derbyshire or Nottinghamshire once she is back from her adventure.
