The high cost of heating oil

Since Russia invaded Ukraine in February the cost of heating oil has gone up significantly. Emma Simpson, who runs the Community Oil Buying Scheme at RAD spoke to the team at East Midlands Today from the office in Matlock on 15th March 2022. You can watch the coveraage below.
